1. What is the Live-Lived Warranty?
Warranty: Our products are guaranteed for 5 (five) washes or 1 (one) month of use, whichever comes earliest and starts from the date of receipt of the item(s) purchased. We replace them for any defects found during that period. However, this guarantee shall not apply for any misuse or abuse. Also, the wash care instructions (inside permanent label) should be strictly adhered to. Some examples of misuse are: (1) ironing on the print, (2) washing with dissimilar colors or (3) use of chlorine bleach. 2. What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use only fabrics made of natural fibers, and certain artificial elastomers (minimal to the extend of necessity), to avoid disaster to our ecosystem from microfibers. Currently, our all our products are 100% cotton (premium that is compacted, fully combed and ring-spun cotton). In the near future, we plan to introduce products made of linen, banana fibers and similar natural fibers.
3. Do you charge sales tax?
All the prices are inclusive of sale tax. The sale tax (and corresponding local taxes) is only applicable in the state of Illinois, where we have the presence.
4. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost (continental US only) is included in our product price. The products will be shipped by Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Package or similar) for orders below $24.98, and by Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail or similar) for those $24.98 and above. Please see more @ Shipping
5. Do you offer shipping outside the US?
Unfortunately, all our shipping will be limited to the continental United States. However, we ship to your PPOBox (www.ppobox.com) within the US. In that case, further connection from the PPOBox to your destination country will be at your discretion.
