Shipping & Delivery Policy
The shipping cost (continental US only) is included in our product price. The products will be shipped by Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Package or similar) for orders below $24.98, and by Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail or similar) for those $24.98 and above.
i. Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses. We strive is to make the products ship to you within 48 hours (72 hours in case of weekends and holidays) from receipt of order and payment.
ii. Shipping of multiple pieces or products may be in separate consignments.
iii. Order deliveries are usually made between 7 am – 7 pm Monday –Saturday (depending on the third party carrier/ courier service). Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
iv. Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
v. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address under any circumstance.
vi. We shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
vii. We may contact the customer after placement of order to confirm the date, time or address of delivery.
viii. Please allow a minimum of 1 week during holiday/ festive seasons, for your shipment to be delivered due to heavy mail volumes.
ix. We do not ship internationally. However, we ship to your PPOBox (www.ppobox.com) within US. In that case, further shipment from the PPOBox to the destination country will be at your discretion.
x. If the delivery fails due to the below reasons, the third party carrier/ courier service may contact the customer a second time to deliver goods. In certain cases, they may levy delivery charges for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, a refund will be credited back to your payment mode, the amount equivalent you paid for the product(s) (final product price excluding any shipping charges).
We will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:
• Delivery not done due to wrong address.
• Recipient not available.
• Premises locked.
xi. In case of natural calamities/ hurricanes or other similar occurrences, we reserve the right to reschedule the shipping for another date. In case the product is not shipped due to the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
xii. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the Website.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your valuable order! We at LIVE-LIVED strive our best for 100% customer satisfaction. We accept cancellation, exchange or return with certain conditions.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order. Your order will be shipped only after this stipulated period. When cancelled, the full amount will be refunded back to you.
Exchange and Returns: Exchange or Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items purchased from LIVE-LIVED. The date of receipt will be the date the purchased item delivered to you, by the delivery service provider. We will send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. Any exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. Exchange or Returns are not allowed for used or washed products, unless the product is defective.
Warranty: Our products are guaranteed for 5 (five) washes or 1 (one) month of use, whichever comes earliest and starts from the date of receipt of the item(s) purchased. We replace them for any defects found during that period. However, this guarantee shall not apply for any misuse or abuse. Also, the wash care instructions (inside permanent label) should be strictly adhered to. Some examples of misuse are: (1) ironing on the print, (2) washing with dissimilar colors or (3) use of chlorine bleach.
Exchange of products will incur additional shipping charges. Only regular priced items and discounted items greater than $10 will be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately free items and sale items with more than 60% discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product(s), you should mail back the product(s) to our receiving department at the address: Live-Lived Inc. (Returns), 600 Spring Road, # 126, Building A, Moorpark, CA 93021
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the appropriate cost of shipping (even when not included in the invoice, as in the case of free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider shipping using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
